First up, in my “movies to see” category, “Casino” by Martin Scorsesse.

I’ve must have seen Casino three times already. It’s a movie about how Las Vegas really works, about wise guys, about how the house always wins and, well, trust. If you want, it’s “Wall Street” but about the corrupt world of Vegas. Of course, this was back in 1995 (well, 1970 in the movie). Forget “The Hangover”, this is the real Las Vegas (probably). If you haven’t seen it, and if you call yourself a movie lover you probably have seen it, just… stop messing about and watch this movie. Don’t be a shnook 🙂 – get  “Goodfellas”, as well, while you’re at it.
